Before you sign up, please note there are additional services within the membership including instruction and support for doing your own bookkeeping, setup/assessment of an existing bookkeeping software, 1:1 coaching and discounted bookkeeping services.
There are two types of bookkeeping services available. Traditional bookkeeping for ongoing monthly management. If you have not done your books for a large portion of the year and you anticipate needing many months done at once, clean-up services include going through your books, posting, fixing errors and adding in missing data.
Traditional bookkeeping services are priced as follows:
- $500 initial fee for the first two months including onboarding and bookkeeping.
- $175 per hour for ongoing bookkeeping services.
Clean-up services are priced as follows:
- $500 deposit which counts as the first 3 hours of clean-up work. Any unused portion will be refunded.
- $175 per hour after 3 hours.
To proceed with traditional bookkeeping or clean-up services without joining the membership, please complete the following steps:
- Complete the form below with basic information.
- Complete form on the next page (both forms are required to complete the sign-up).
- The payment of $500 which covers the initial setup with a Simple Profit bookkeeper and either A) the first two months of bookkeeping service OR B) first three hours of clean-up work.
- Watch for an email with the contract to sign and instructions to add Simple Profit to your accounting software, and payroll software if needed.
You will be added intake process for bookkeeping once you complete both forms, pay the $500 fee, sign the contract and add Simple Profit to your accounting system, and payroll system if needed. If you have any questions about this service, please contact Jennie at [email protected].
