Simple Profit provides services for members in addition to the tutorials, handouts and spreadsheets. Fill out the forms below to access one of these services. The forms allow Jennie to manage the large volume of inquiries by keeping them organized and gathering needed information.

• Ask a question (free). This can be a simple question, multi-state tax question or another type of accounting or tax research question. Simple questions are typically answered in 24-48 hours. Research questions are typically answered in 2-6 weeks. For help with membership spreadsheets, use the spreadsheet/decision request form.
• Get spreadsheet help for a membership spreadsheet you are using (free). If you are using a spreadsheet and are stuck, can't start or need help interpreting what it means, use this form. This includes basic and advanced accounting spreadsheets, estimated taxes, S-Corp decision, hiring projections. 
• 1:1 coaching ($150 hour) for an appointment with Jennie Schottmiller, CPA, LMFT. See coaching note below the submission links for details.
• Accounting software setup or assessment ($100 one time fee) to have your system set up for you or to have the accounting software reviewed to know if it's in good shape or to identify problems. Covers 2-3 hours of Jennie's time and includes a customized video provided to you at the end. Typically completed in 4-6 weeks.
• Bookkeeping service done for you ($100 for initial two months) by a Simple Profit bookkeeper. After the initial two months, a customized price will be provided based on the time it takes to update your books monthly. The service includes categorizing transactions, posting payroll and any needed journal entries monthly.

If you are interested in a coaching appointment, some additional information that may be helpful: 

1. Due to the high demand within the membership, it can take 2-3 months or more to get on the coaching schedule or longer leading especially during tax season. Plan ahead when possible. 
2. I keep a cancellation list for more urgent matters. To get on the cancellation list fill out the coaching form, schedule an appointment in an available time. Then email [email protected] to be added to the list. Include your typical available times/days and time zone. If I can move your appointment up, I will send you a message. 
3. There are no charges for cancellations, even late cancellations. Your email confirmation will contain a cancellation and a reschedule button. It is a courtesy to cancel in advance when it's not an emergency, but you will never be charged if you do not attend the appointment.
4. You do not pay for coaching until the session happens and you only pay for time used, prorated for each 15 minutes. So if you schedule 1 hour but only need to meet for 45 minutes, you will be charged for 45 minutes, or $112.50. However, that appointment will count toward one-hour of scheduled time of your 5-hour annual maximum.  
5. Due to Jennie's limited time, there is a maximum of 5 hours of scheduled coaching time per member per calendar year. They can be scheduled all in a row to work through an issue or make a business decision, or you can schedule a quarterly review for accounting or estimated taxes, then an extra one in tax season if needed. Half hour appointments are available. This means you can schedule 5 one-hour appointments or 10 half-hour appointments.
