Before you sign up, please note there are three options within Simple Profit for accounting system setup or assessment:
- Do it yourself (free): Use the tutorials in the membership found under Resources -> Accounting/Bookkeeping. These tutorials are available 24/7 and no additional cost. You can ask unlimited questions in the comments or community area as you go through the process. You can ask unlimited questions as you go.
- Do it with Jennie ($150/hour): Sign-up for a 1:1 coaching appointment which is a $150 hour fee for one hour. Setup service is a 1-3 hour process, assessment can usually be done in one hour, but there may be many more hours needed to fix more serious issues. There is typically a several month wait for an appointment.
- Have Jennie do it ($100): Fill out the form below and for $100 I will set up your new QuickBooks Online or Waveapps accounting software for you, or provide you with an assessment of problems/issues for a system you have used 6+ months. When complete, you receive a customized overview video. The assessment service only covers the assessment, not additional clean-up work. Time frames vary based on availability but this process can typically be completed in 4-6 weeks.
To proceed with the accounting setup or assessment service, please complete the form below, and the form on the next page. The two forms are needed because they supply information to two separate locations. After completing the second form, you will be directed to pay the $100 fee. Then you will receive an email, where you can click to sign the contract and follow the instructions to add Jennie as an accountant in your accounting software.
You will be added to the list on a first come, first service basis once you:
- Complete both forms, on this page and the next page.
- Pay the $100 fee.
- Sign the contract that will be sent to your email.
- Add Jennie to your QuickBooks Online or Waveapps accounting software using instructions that were emailed to you.
