The Simple Guide is a library of FAQ for starting or operating your small business. It is free to join. You can ask simple, basic questions on the topics listed. Most questions are answered within 1-5 days. 

The membership contains tutorials, PDF handouts, spreadsheets you can download, monthly live webinars and Q&A, the ability to ask unlimited questions and sign up for additional services like 1:1 coaching. 

The membership is right here on the Simple Profit website! No need to go to facebook or any other site! The membership contains both a resource section with videos and downloads as well as a community section where you can post questions in a verity of topic categories!

When you join the membership, your price paid includes:

• Access to tutorials
• Ability to ask unlimited questions
• Attendance in webinars and estimated tax Q&A
• Helping with the spreadsheets and tutorials
• Customizing or checking spreadsheets from the membership

Additional services that are available only to members, but have additional cost are:

• Meeting 1:1 for coaching, which is charged at $150/hour. This service is typically a 2-3 month wait for an appointment, which may be a longer wait in tax season.
• Setting up your new QuickBooks or Waveapps software, flat fee $100. This service can be completed typically in 4-6 weeks and includes a customized video of how to keep your accounting system up to date. 
• Assessing your existing accounting software, typically completed in 4-6 weeks, and includes a plan to for services needed to get your accounting system in order. 

Yes, you can cancel your membership any time. When you join, you are joining for that period, a month or a year. It will auto renew if you do not cancel, but you can cancel so that it will not renew. 

If you sign up for the annual membership, you will have access for one year. If you want to join for a shorter period, here and there, leave and come back, join monthly. There is a discount for joining annually and refunds are not issued for a partial year. However, if you join monthly, you can cancel any month you wish. 

When you join you lock in the current membership price. Your price will not increase as long as you stay in the membership. If you leave and join again later, you will rejoin at the current price at that time. 

Monthly is good for those who do not know if they want to belong to the Membership for a whole year. It gives more flexibility to join then leave after a few months if you no longer need the service. 

The monthly also costs more. The annual price has a discount so it is less than paying for the monthly membership all 12 months.
