The Simple Guide is a library of FAQ for starting or operating your small business. It is free to join. You can ask simple, basic questions on the topics listed. Most questions are answered within 1-5 days. 

The membership contains tutorials, PDF handouts, spreadsheets you can download, monthly live webinars and Q&A, the ability to ask unlimited questions including research questions, and sign up for additional services like 1:1 coaching. 

The Simple Guide and the Membership are right here on the Simple Profit website! No need to go to facebook or any other site!

Once you join either one you will see "Member Library" at the top of the main page, or go to the picture in the upper right corner and click "Library."

In the Library you will see Simple Guide, click there to access the FAQ. For the Membership, you will see Resources and Community as well. Start with Resources as that is the main page for the Tutorials. There is an Overview video listed at the top, as well as the Community and Questions/Help/Coaching which is the member services page. 

There's no need to cancel the Simple Guide since it's free. Come back and access it any time. 

For the Membership, yes you can cancel your membership any time. When you join, you are joining for that period, a month or a year. It will auto renew if you do not cancel, but you can cancel so that it will not renew. 

If you sign up for the annual membership, you will have access for one year. If you want to join for a shorter period, here and there, leave and come back, join monthly. There is a discount for joining annually and refunds are not issued for a partial year. However, if you join monthly, you can cancel any month you wish. 

When you join you lock in the current membership price. Your price will not increase as long as you stay in the membership. If you leave and join again later, you will rejoin at the current price at that time. 

The monthly Membership is good for those who do not know if they want to belong to the Membership for a whole year. It gives more flexibility to join then leave after a few months if you no longer need the service. 

The annual price has a discount so if you join for the entire year, you are only paying for 10 months. If you cancel the Membership expires at the end of the 12 month period. 

If you are unsure, join monthly. If you realize you want to stay in for the next 12 months, cancel the monthly membership and sign up for the annual membership to get the discounted rate. If you need help doing this, email me at the member only email or [email protected].
